Clean and bright.The nose is clean and complex, mineral notes, with clear florares notoas (broom flower, lemon, camamila) and hints of fruit white mature (apple, pear, watermelon). Shown friendly palate, with good acidity, balanced alcohol, with a long aftertaste persitente.

Fish, white, sushi, refreshments and pastries.
